The problem.
UCD Agent, UCD Bots, and UCD Chat serve different moments: running an end-to-end pipeline, choosing a specialist, and getting a quick answer. Without an umbrella, those differences become naming noise. The work was not to make three products look identical; it was to explain how they belong together and help practitioners choose the right depth of assistance.
0→1.
Defined the portfolio around three jobs rather than three feature lists: pipeline, specialist, and conversation.
Built a single-page narrative that introduces the discipline first, then gives each product enough interaction detail to be understood before someone leaves the site.
Used interface vignettes—a live pipeline, a bot roster, and a chat prompt—to demonstrate product shape without turning the page into a screenshot gallery.
Anchored the brand in twenty years of interaction, service, and GDS-standard delivery, making the tools an extension of practice rather than a claim to replace it.
Under the hood.
The brand site is intentionally thin: a shared narrative and visual system route people to three independently useful products. Product-specific detail remains on each destination, reducing duplicated copy and allowing each tool to evolve without turning the umbrella site into a documentation layer.
Interaction.
Three tools, one decision
The first product section reduces the ecosystem to a simple choice: UCD Agent for the pipeline, UCD Bots for specialists, and UCD Chat for a lightweight conversation.
Show state, not decoration
The agent vignette uses ingest, themes, patterns, and design-ops states to communicate that this is connected work with progress, not an unbounded prompt box.
A roster communicates range
Accessibility Auditor, Journey Mapper, Research Synthesiser, Heuristic Reviewer, Persona Builder, and Service Blueprint Writer make specialist breadth tangible in a few lines.
The lightest route stays light
UCD Chat is presented as the quickest way in for questions, document reviews, and design critique instead of being overloaded with the pipeline story.
