The problem
Teams confuse agile delivery with UCD thinking, or treat Alpha as 'just prototyping' without the Service Standard context. Existing guidance is scattered across GOV.UK.
Approach
Built a visual, phase-indexed reference that maps thinking (diamonds) to delivery (phases), with method cards and FAQ that answer the questions practitioners actually ask.
